Because every individual person or couple we encounter has their own individual needs, personal possessions and property to consider, it is neither ethical nor, in fact, possible to reliably provide an estimate of costs required to meet all service needs for all individuals through this website or through brochures. Our services are custom tailored to meet your personal needs and wishes. As explained in STEP THREE in "How Can We Help You, we will provide you a reliable written estimate of costs required to meet your individual satisfaction with no obligation.
Generally, many of our services are provided on an hourly basis while others are more appropriately provided on a per job basis or based on a combination of hourly rates and materials, resources or labor required. In every case, the services you select are your choice and are provided as you direct. Before any of our work begins, the estimate of costs you receive will be a part of an agreement that specifies precisely what services you wish us to provide and how you wish those services to be accomplished.
From storage to cleaning, we'll be there to help as much as you need us.
Once you have had sufficient time to review the custom services and pricing agreement we provide, you may ask any questions you may have or alter the services you wish us to provide in any way. You may even wish that we explain our services and pricing to a member of your family, a trusted friend or other representative of your choice.
Whatever is necessary for you to enjoy full confidence, security and satisfaction with our services with no unpleasant misunderstanding or surprise is our common goal with you.
